The Board has hired two companies Concrete Restoration Team and S & D Engineering & Construction to do a document review, site visit and deteriorated concrete quantification for the two (2) buildings C & D.  The work to be performed will include:

·        Tapping of all accessible areas using a steel hammer

·        Visual observations

·        Balcony inspections of all balconies

Concrete Restoration Team will doing an on-site inspection in all units today, March 30th and S & D Engineering has scheduled a walk-through on Monday April 5^th, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Access to all balconies will be needed on both days.
