Notice to all Shareholders – Unidentified vehicle parked on Building D lot

We have been advised that there has been an unknown car parked on our property for a few days now.

The vehicle is a Tesla, Florida license plate 34DGT. There is reason to believe that this may be a stolen car.

If anyone knows who this car belongs to, kindly advise the owner to move vehicle to guest parking lot, west side of A1A, on the intracoastal side.

If vehicle has not moved by tomorrow, Sunday, April 3rd, we will ask Hillsboro Beach police to identify the illegally parked vehicle and have it moved.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation.

Notice to All Shareholders – Parking Lots Repair Work (see schedule below)

Next Monday and Tuesday, there will be work done on HMOA parking lots, therefore we all need to share parking for these two days during day hours only from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

This work is required for striping, curbs painting and minor maintenance safety repair work for the two parking lots.

SCHEDULE:

BUILDING C – Monday from 10:00am to 4:00pm – work will be done on parking lot for owners and guests, we need help to make sure no cars are parked.

BUILDING D – Tuesday from 10:00am to 4:00pm – work will be done on parking lot for owners and guests, we need help to make sure no cars are parked.

Two days of sharing spaces and lots from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Notice to All Shareholders – Architectural Change Request Form

A new document was added on the Documents & Policies page entitled Architectural Change Request Form. This form is to be completed for any change required in your unit such as A/C, door, windows, shutters, etc.

The form must then be sent to our Management Company for revision and further handling. The procedure and all details are clearly mentioned on the form.

If you have any questions, please feel free to speak with any Board member.

New Lights – Pool and Boat Dock Area

Lights at the pool and boat dock area have been replaced and upgraded. These new lights function with low volt bulbs which provide better energy and are more efficient. Looks great! See pictures below.

We are looking at improving our little piece of paradise as best as we can, stay tuned!

If you have suggestions for improvement, please share with any of the Board members, your ideas are more than welcome.
