Finally our restoration construction company (Tribeca Inv. Inc.) is preparing to start work on Monday. The storm certainly showed our need to get going. They will be doing some taping of windows and preparatory work beforehand.  Please forgive the inconvenience.  Text, call, or email ME with any question or concern. Our working hours are: 7.30 till 4.00 pm, with an occasional Saturday

As Owners, please respect caution tape, as well please limit traffic to your door if we are working in the area.

Please issue a key for the pool/pool house gate

We hope to use the boathouse bathroom, I will personally check on its cleanliness every second day. A porta potty stinks and is ugly.

We will park a small dumpster and a small storage box at building D.

As a side note, we shall need electric hopefully the outlets in the electric rooms are efficient, if not we will need to make proper change. Add a box.
